Data collected and purposes

Site forms (business quote, group request, contact): name, email, phone, company, preferred property, dates, headcount, budget, message, language, visit origin (UTM parameters) and an anonymised fingerprint of the IP address. Purpose: answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The checkbox confirms you have read this information.

Bookings: booking data is collected by the Smoobu booking tool on our behalf, and payment is processed by Stripe under its own policy. We access them to manage your stay: confirmation, arrival instructions, invoicing.

Ratings shown: we only show the overall rating and number of public reviews of our homes on Airbnb, with the date they were taken; no review text and no guest name is reproduced. If we ever publish reviews left directly with us, it will be with the written consent of their author, who can ask for removal at the address below.

Audience measurement: Plausible Analytics, without cookies or personal identifiers. Measured events (calendar opened, form sent) are aggregated.

Recipients

Data is processed by Boost Loc Pro and its technical processors: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), database (Neon), anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), booking tool (Smoobu). No data is sold or transferred.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors are based in the United States: Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider participates, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The database is hosted in the European Union.

Retention

Requests received through forms are kept for 24 months at most after the last exchange, then deleted. Booking data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@boostlocpro.fr stating the email address used in your request: we delete your data on request. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies, and the booking tool sets none when it is displayed. At payment, Stripe may set cookies strictly necessary for fraud prevention. The OpenStreetMap map only loads if you click to display it.
